Downstairs is a fourth private bedroom with
a king bed, sitting area, and probably the best river views in the
whole house. There's also an open area with river view that has a
queen sized bed, closet and chest; and a "game room" with a pool table
and log bunk bed-again with river views. This all opens out onto the
back yard with hot tub, river deck, and dock.

The other two bedrooms are smaller, but very comfortable and nicely
furnished with queen beds.
