This is one of the original houses on the river,  and is quaint and rustic. It is located only 5 miles from all of the amenities of world-famous Sunriver Resort, and 20 miles from world-class skiing at Mt. Bachelor.

It sits on a very private 2-acre site right on the Big Deschutes. It has a private dock and great views across a wildlife rich peninsula, with deer, elk, river otter, fox, chipmunks, ducks, geese, eagles, and a wide variety of other birds commonly in residence.

The bedrooms are small, but the beds are comfortable! Sleeps 10, but probably most comfortable for 6-8.
